DISCLAIMER
I understand that I am providing information about my professional expertise or organization’s work for the purpose of helping males with eating disorders find treatment. Therefore, only professionals and organizations with a willingness to counsel and who have experience treating males with eating disorders are eligible for registering in the Directory.
Entries include the organization or person's name, contact person (if an organization), web page, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, treatment category registered under, information about what insurance is accepted, and a description of the organization's work or one's professional experience.
I understand it is my responsibility to honestly and concisely present information in my entry. I further understand that it is my responsibility to update my information or withdraw my entry, if no longer in practice. To update or withdraw your entry, write to Chris@NAMEDinc.org.
If N.A.M.E.D. is unable to contact you or your organization by e-mail or phone call, N.A.M.E.D. reserves the right to delete your entry in the Directory.
There is a one-time registration fee of $50 for businesses and organizations and a
one-time $25 registration fee for individuals. Entries will not be posted until the registration fee is received.
N.A.M.E.D. reserves the right to edit entries, and if necessary, to reject entries, if an entry is inappropriate for this Directory. The registration fee will be refunded to anyone whose entry is not accepted.
