By submitting an entry in the Treatment Finder Directory you will be helping those with eating disorders more easily access treatment providers. Your financial gift for advertising information about your services will allow N.A.M.E.D. to continue its mission of providing support to males with eating disorders and educating the public on the subject.  We thank you for your support.

Entries include organization or person’s name, contact person (if an organization), mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, web page, treatment categories, insurance accepted, and organization description (up to a maximum of 350 words).

The fee for organizations to submit an entry is $50 and for individuals $25.  You may submit multiple entries.  For example, an organization could submit an entry for itself plus two additional entries for two therapists at the organization for a total of $100 ($50 + $25 + $25). Multiple entries, however, must be submitted as separate transactions.

N.A.M.E.D. reserves the right to edit entries, and if necessary, to reject entries and refund donors their donation, if an entry is inappropriate for the Treatment Finder Directory.  N.A.M.E.D. will not check your entry for accuracy, so it is very important to honestly provide correct information.  Please, check your entries.

I understand that there is a $50 fee for organizations to submit an entry and a $25 fee to submit an individual entry.  The entry will not be posted until the fee is received.
