Membership is free and entitles you to receive a free e-newsletter. To register as a member, send the Executive Director your name, e-mail, phone number, and location to Chris@NAMEDinc.org.
You can make a financial or in-kind donation, a one-time donation or give at scheduled intervals during the year or annually. Consider giving N.A.M.E.D. your next Memorial Gift that you donate to a charity.

Visit www.NAMEDinc.org/shopforcause.asp to learn how you can earn money for N.A.M.E.D. by shopping online, doing web searches, and even dining out. These programs show how supporters working together can bring in a significant amount of money for a charity through their every day activities.
Dedicated volunteers are the lifeblood to the success of the work of any non-profit. N.A.M.E.D. needs volunteers to help in various capacities. N.A.M.E.D. will match you up with an assignment that fits your skills and interests and is meaningful to you and meets your goals for a volunteer or intern position. Supporting others in their recovery and helping with eating disorder prevention and education is challenging, but rewarding work.
N.A.M.E.D. needs stories by males with eating disorders explaining their ordeal with an eating disorder and their journey to recovery as well as from family members affected by a loved one’s eating disorder to share their observations. N.A.M.E.D. is also in need of articles written by those with eating disorders, their family and friends, and eating disorder professionals.
If you are recovered or well on the way to recovery consider signing up to be a sponsor or mentor for someone still struggling with an eating disorder. You can provide valuable support via phone and e-mail.
If you are a parent or partner with some experience offering support to a loved one with an eating disorder, consider being a sponsor for another parent or partner who is struggling to cope with and learning how to support their child or partner who has an eating disorder.
If you live in a city, consider hosting a males with eating disorders support or therapy group. Get support from N.A.M.E.D. and an eating disorder specialist (if you are not one yourself) and start a group.
When you buy a book through the N.A.M.E.D. Bookstore at www.NAMEDinc.org/bookstore.asp the companies selling the books donate a certain percentage of your purchases to N.A.M.E.D. as a commission for advertising their books. The N.A.M.E.D. Bookstore features books on males with eating disorders and eating disorder prevention.
First, register as a treatment provider in N.A.M.E.D.’s Treatment Provider Directory at www.NAMEDinc.org/advertise.asp. Second, promote your eating disorder program or yourself as a therapist through a banner or sponsorship listing on the N.A.M.E.D. website. For advertising opportunities and pricing, contact Chris@NAMEDinc.org. Businesses not treating eating disorders are also welcome to advertise their products or services.
